Responsible for closing, funding, and auditing government and FNMA insured home loans. Worked with parent company (Centex Homes) to close new construction homes, as well as with our retail branches to work on existing home sales and refinances. The majority of the loans closed were insured by FHA and VA.

Responsible for closing and funding wholesale loans provided by our broker partners. Closed loans for homes in the Texas / Oklahoma / Louisiana / Arkansas region.

In addition to closing and funding wholesale loans from our broker partners, was responsible for training new closers. Helped implement the new Bank Of America Home Equity loan program by working with other regional representatives. Created training and reference manual for use by the Dallas Bank of America offices.
