Greetings,, I'm a Construction Cost Estimator with a reputable history of working in the construction industry for over 20 years. I'm well skilled in mechanical estimates via manual on-site take-offs or digital estimation for larger bids. I'm a tech nerd to the bone.Long before honing my skills as a Construction Cost Estimator, I was a Virtual Design Coordinator/CAD draftsman, using Autodesk-based programs (AutoCAD MEP and Navisworks). I continue to use AutoCAD today to help develop as-built plans, smaller detail drawings, or simple format conversions for project managers during construction. I also dabble with value engineering/project bid analysis, project startup and closeout, cloud-based document control, and drone surveillance services. Whilst not working with my team at Dry Air Systems, I'm an absolute gadget nerd, petrol head and travel junky.
