I am seeking to re-enter the workforce utilizing the skills and abilities I have acquired through various educational, professional, and volunteer experiences after taking time to raise my family and currently relocating to the DFW area. Easily adaptable to changing environments and working under pressure while simultaneously being a self-starter, looking for ways to improve processes make me an ideal candidate for a variety of roles within an organization. I have strong organizational and leadership skills as well as a technical aptitude and the ability to retain and apply information quickly. Able to work and lead diverse teams while utilizing problem-solving skills to include different perspectives. Identifying talent and motivations in people and empowering them to work in areas where they will contribute the most to the overall success of the team while achieving a sense of personal pride in their contributions is one of my greatest strengths as a leader.
