- Collected, organized, and recorded loss data from numerous sources and created weekly reports in order to trend progress in loss reduction- Helped investigate high filler loss, researched part replacements and repairs and saved approximately $1.5 million in waste within the year- Developed easy-to-use component that eliminates product mix through pasteurizer which provides customer with more consistency

- Updated numerous process and manufacturing standard documents to keep operators up to date with changes made in engineering and design- Designed silencer for air hose nozzles that provided 10-12dB in sound reduction; created alternate mount for air cylinder that would last longer and be more reliable- Developed BorgWarner Morse TEC’s first owner/operator manual for an assembly machine made in-house
