Responsibilities include:* Understanding the potential applications of data analytics, integration, artificial intelligence and machine learning to support users. * Understanding the competitive landscape to ensure sustained competitive advantage and market leadership in the delivery of outcomes for users.* Establishing and building on effective relationships and contractual arrangements with industry partners to ensure data is efficiently and effectively delivered to or through them. * Managing stakeholder expectations, including the Board, Board Committees and external business partners, along with internal Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Compliance functions.* Prioritisation of opportunities and management of conflicting demands and priorities, across a range of short and long term projects, managed in conjunction with the need to respond quickly to change and new opportunities. * Product/data compliance. Complexity and an evolving regulatory landscape require constant attention to policy, regulatory obligations and community expectations around product functionality, data and privacy.* Understanding the financial metrics of product strategies and ensuring implementation of strategies that generate sustainable revenues.* Understanding the impact and dependencies of development on other areas/systems to ensure implementation of effective, efficient and sustainable solutions.

Working in the Agile Scrum software development framework, develop, communicate and maintain the vision for the Netwealth Data & Analytics product.Responsibilities include:* Lead a team of 14 (Data Scientists, Business Analysts, BI Developers & Data Analysts)* Lead the development and execution of the Data & Analytics strategy and roadmap* Maintain a cohesive vision for the Data & Analytics Product* Mentor Product Owners and co-ordinate the implementation of large scale IT strategic initiatives and manage cross-tribe dependencies* Manage expectations of stakeholders across the business* Balance competing priorities across technical, functional and compliance related requirements* Make frequent priority and design decisions to remove road-blocks for development teams
