My main area of expertise is the integration of ICT into construction projects, new builds, refurbs and temporary accommodation. With a vast experience of consultancy and delivery of ICT solutions into hundreds of projects, my approach and experience during all RIBA stages ensures successful integration of ICT from design to operation. I have vast experience of Free Schools and SRP projects, both working for the Department for Education (DfE) and with construction companies. With over 25 years of experience in the education sector, I have worked with numerous schools, academies, trusts, local authorities, and HE/FE establishments to deliver successful IT projects that meet their functional requirements and vision.My core competencies include Free School and SRP consultancy services, IT service management (ITSM), information technology, IT management, network infrastructure design, AV infrastructure, decant, training, user acceptance testing, and handover services. I am also certified in ITIL, Microsoft, and PRINCE2 methodologies, which enable me to apply best practices and standards to provide expert guidance on budgeting and achieving optimal value for investment.I liaise with M&E, FF&E, schools, and the DfE to deliver the design and build integration, PITT, ITT and Contractors Proposals, through to delivery and handover for new school builds and refurbishments.
