Lead Architect on design and documentation of 3 structures (50,000 SF Clubhouse, 250,000 SF Parking Garage and 140,000 SF Office building) through DD. Produced full construction documents on the clubhouse and parking garage. Coordinated SMEP, code, water proofing, civil and parking consultants towards permit submission. Assisted younger staff in documenting an office building and multiple site structures. Led weekly client meetings in absence of Project Manager, submitted and met with Clark County for land use revisions. After spear heading this 8 package permit submission, I developed a 1,000,000 SF 7 building office complex in San Marcos. Created the office campus design from partner napkin sketch, modeled conceptual level buildings in revit while keeping a 'real' perspective on providing proper parking, exiting and office cores, coordinated a very complex slopped site with multiple level sub grade parking and street access. This effort was built in revit and exported to lumion, constant communication was key working with our remote rendering team. I produced the final brochure for client and broker advertisement, including renders, site diagrams, area tabulations and parking calculations. After this development effort, I shifted to help 3 project teams with construction detailing and coordination of two (2) K-12 schools and a large mixed use development.

Studies were executed in Revit and refined in Adobe suite. The created products finalized design direction, client decisions, and contractor coordination.

Responsible for examining floor plans for the Center for Disease Control Complex in Atlanta, Georgia. AutoCAD work included designating spaces for conversion into Tririga software. Precision was necessary measuring spatial error on Excel spreadsheets to the .001 degree.
