Responsible for the preparation of all necessary budgetary cost estimate of projects and coordinatingwith different contractors with regards to the project. Prepares budgetary cost estimates. Coordinateswith contractors for project costing, schedule and expected completion dates. Coordinates withdesigners for the project lay-out and design. Coordinates with engineering consultants for the project.Reviews the plans and value engineering of each project.

 Designs and Estimates Electrical and Auxiliary installation works to meet assigned specifications.Reports technical information as well as specification and development to management.  Prepares a detailed BOQ with unit rates for material manpower. Clarifies / Coordinates with other division and suppliers with regards to the scope of work, quality of material and cost of project, electrical equipment cost, materials, labor and overhead. Prepares the necessary Electrical permits in compliance with government regulations and clients requirement. Keep up to date competitive development and new material method of design approaches. Prepares request for quotations based on received documents and follow up. Coordinates with ED Assistant / Encoder to make sure the completion of detailed BOQ on time. Reports on the progress of work to the Division Manager. Maintains and updates electronic and manual records of the company. Secure company documents at all times. Recommends changes for improvement in the system, methods and procedures. Implements the ISO 9001 Standard. Abides with the company rules and regulations. Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the superior.

 Attends pre-bidding and bidding conferences and other meetings that would clarify issued documents or concerns regarding a proposed project.  Does the actual Site Survey for the proposed electrical, structured (data & voice) and auxiliary cabling installation requirements upon acceptance of Request For Action (RFA) form from Sales Group or other concerned departments.  Makes a design/single line diagram of the proposed electrical, structured and auxiliary cablinginstallation requirements.  Estimates the local (quantity and cost) and imported (quantity) materials needed for the proposed electrical, structured cabling and auxiliary cabling installation requirements.  Makes the detailed scope of works for the proposed project that would include clarification or extent of works involved, considering site survey/s conducted and discussion/s or coordination/s made with the owner or his authorized representative.  Coordinates with the AutoCAD Operators in the preparation of detailed shop drawings and plans for a won project under his/her responsibility and turns-over accordingly to Project ImplementationDepartment’s representative.  Coordinates with the client or the client’s representative on the start and implementation of awarded projects.  Coordinates and supervises the implementation of the projects as may be required or necessary. Submits accomplishment report in Tabulated Form to control the costs involved in the implementation. Coordinates and supervises the termination, testing and commissioning of the projects as may be required. Attends pre-bid and bidding conferences for electrical works for Precision Air-conditioning Units, preparation of initial design, estimate and proposal preparation whenever needed. Supervises the AutoCAD As-Builting of plans for the projects implemented and occasionally perform the task in the absence of the AutoCAD Operator.
