I am the Member and Guest Services Manager reporting to the Property Manager and working with the directors of Golf, Estate Sales and Membership Sales. I was asked to combine the Golf Operations team with the Concierge team and then manage the new Member and Guest Services department comprising up to 15 full-time, part-time and seasonal employees. The Member and Guest Services department is the front-line of the golf and hospitality businesses at Archerfield and we are responsible for excellent experiences on the world-class golf courses, golf practice facilities, clubhouse and locker rooms, in the award-winning accommodation, spa and events venues that make up the fantastic East Lothian estate. I use Jonas Club Management and TNA Procure human resources software systems. I manage and maintain John Deere, Club Car, Mercedes-Benz, Oxland, Powakaddy, Motocaddy, Stewart, Badcock, Titleist and Callaway vehicles and equipment.

I maintained the pace of play around the West Links, managed the practice facility and marshalled medals, competitions and charity golf days. I built up an intermediate knowledge of the Intelligentgolf website and golf club management software application through administrative tasks comprising bookings and entering medal / competition scorecards.
