I was an Orkila Summer Intern, through the YMCA Camp Orkila, over the summer of 2019 where I spent ~6 weeks as a volunteer, helping to run a summer camp. I spent my first couple days training, 2 weeks in-unit with children as a cabin counselor, 2 weeks in interdisciplinary at the Health Hut and packing out and organizing trip gear, and one week shadowing and Assistant Director and helping her complete tasks.
