Lead an organization of roughly 80 people with the mission of "Bringing design to life" by designing, installing, and maintaining live plants indoor and out, holiday decor, and living & preserved walls. • Managing an agile IT team to rebuild Helotrac, an aircraft maintenance management system. This will enable Sikorsky's commercial customers to better manage their fleet's maintenance with new, soon to be announced features.• Managing the development of an improved commercial customer portal, unifying and simplifying Sikorsky's tools to a one-stop commerce-enabled platform.

• Performed an extensive assessment of Lockheed Martin (LM), Sikorsky, and United Technologies (UTC) IT applications landscape. Established team structure, cadence, and initial schedule for disconnecting from UTC services (HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Tax, etc) and adopting LM enterprise systems.• Identified the need for a centralized, comprehensive data model for Sikorsky's applications and infrastructure landscape. Worked with 130 individuals responsible for over 500 applications to understand critical data points about their applications and built a tool for 11 initiatives to leverage (such as DFARS compliance and data center migrations).• Managed retention of Sikorsky data in UTC-owned applications. Data from 141 applications needed to be cut-over to Lockheed Martin systems, stored historically for business/audit/litigation use, or retained long term by UTC for compliance purposes. Worked with 116 individuals in 25 functional areas (with a focus on HR, training, and shared financial services) to identify, plan, and execute retention of data. Worked closely with legal to amend our Transition and Stock Purchase Agreement to facilitate data retention needs.

• Worked closely with several of Sikorsky's key programs (Combat Rescue, Presidential, Turkish Utility) to identify and implement IT-based solutions.• Led a variety of projects including classified infrastructure (telecom, RMF framework), aircraft kitting (using SAP), new business ventures (JVs and expansion in Brazil, Colombia, Saudi Arabia)• Managed US Government and supplier facing communication portals, enabling partners to collaborate securely.
