Help plan and implement new projects for our clients that expand their capabilities and their reach in support of their customers needs. - Responsible for the management and implementation of all IT Systems for the company and integrations with client systems. Including business applications, network and cloud infrastructure, redundancy, data storage and transfer, network and data security, web development, backup and disaster recovery, remote access, and legacy application support.

Hired during college as a Systems Administrator intern. Eventually promoted to Systems Administrator and then to Director of Systems and Personnel. Responsible for all aspects of the computer, network, web and database systems. Develop, plan and execute long and short term computer and web system strategies to support the database and execution of our client’s targeted direct marketing activities. This includes managing the web development, database programming, computer, network, phone system, messaging systems, security, reliability, disaster recovery preparation, etc. Responsible for human resource activities and staff development. Hire, develop and maintain an adequate, reliable trained staff to efficiently and accurately execute all business functions and client programs.
