This can include helping in training the partners in EMC's new technologies, technical presentations to partners/distributors/customers, defending EMC against competitors, supplying technical information/documents and general support for anything the partner needs. The Territory Systems Engineer role is to support an account manager in charge of certain named accounts, in which i act as his technical resource. This role involves customer meetings, in which we discuss what their needs are, which in turn must be created into a solution that will meet their requirements. This can also involve defending our technology against competitors and why our technology will be the best fit for their infrastructure.

Employed for a 2-month summer job with the Help Desk Department. SGS is the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing and certification Company. I worked at the help desk, which our mission was to fix and maintain any problems with workstations, laptops and hardware server problems. We mostly worked on Windows XP at that time, but did a little MS DOS for reformatting/imaging new workstations.

Internship in every Department of the Customer Services Center.Gained experience and got to see “hands on” what happens in everyday problems in Customer Support. This included work in the Network Support Center and the Global IT Service Desk.
