Earning my undergraduate degree in anthropology and psychology, I have always been deeply interested in human behavior. I launched my career performing in-depth qualitative research to optimize the customer experience, and continued my journey focused on applying data to drive digital marketing decision-making and achieve customer acquisition and retention objectives.For the first few years of my career, I designed and executed research projects, conducted digital analytics, and identified emerging opportunities to drive customer acquisition and audience development.
