As a member of Aston Carter's Strategic Operations team, I am responsible for leading teams in the Central Region with business development efforts. Focusing on Large Accounts across all verticals, including offering Strategic Delivery Solutions, VOP Operations, MSP Engagements, and Managed Resources while setting up national partnerships.• Oversee sales and client engagement process• Execute sales strategy, initiate contact with existing and potential customers, identify needs, represent appropriate Aston Carter solutions, and manage on-going account relationships• Schedule & lead meetings with executive sponsors, decision makers, and influencers to provide our customers with the best solutions• Consult and oversee the customization and implementation of alternative client delivery needs• Work with regional resources and proposal development to help facilitate, build, approve, and deliver individualized RFX's and proposals• Work with Field Directors, Practice Leads, and Account Managers within the region to identify, target, and win new accounts while expanding current account relationships via saturation and retention strategies
