The field that I am most passionate about is cyber security. Cyber security workers prevent computer networks, and servers from getting attacked, and I wish to join the fight against cyber-attacks. I want to go into the field, so people can use the internet safely without fear of stolen data.During my time at Texas Tech, I have done most of my coding in C. I learned encryption through C, and I also learned how to decrypt the encryptions. I hope to apply this knowledge with a group of individuals to protect servers, and the data of those that use those servers.After graduating I would like to get an internship that provides me with the experience I need to succeed. When I finish the internship I hope to be able to start an entry level position in cyber-security with a remote position. After I get the entry level position I wish to continue to build my knowledge, and work to rid the internet of successful cyber attacks.
