As Art Director, my task was to take complex design/communication strategies and create unique, eye-catching experiences. I developed ideas from concept to completion, crafted proposals to leadership and created compelling, relevant and actionable work that grew our clients' brand. I also led a team of designers by communicating design briefs and project goals, ensuring that client brand guidelines were upheld, providing design guidance and direction, and managing schedules to deliver successful projects, on time.

As the Art Director, I head up all design and artwork at Marketshare Plus. From logo design & brochure layout to social media & photo shoots, I do a little bit of everything. My goal is to strengthen the already sterling reputation of MS+ (and bring home a few design awards while we're at it).

Worked with ad reps to concept and create client advertisements for web & print. Layout and ad placement for weekly newspaper and monthly magazines. Logo design and illustration. I was hired to fill-in for a graphic designer who was away on maternity leave. This was a great learning experience, as I had the challenge of creating designs for a diverse array of ad reps and clients who each had different demands and expectations. I feel I learned a great deal about taking critiques in stride.This was also the most deadline-driven position I've held to date, and I feel it helped me grow as a designer often working under the pressure of last-minute revisions.
