Managed a complex portfolio of Asset Based Lending (Structured Finance/ABL) clients with annual revenues between $5 million up to $500 million including several publicly traded companies. I played an active role in deal origination both in the Washington market and in Canada, building deep and immersive relationships with centers of influence, investors and service providers. Was responsible for identifying, structuring and negotiating with a variety of innovation companies in both tech and life sciences. In addition to business development and prospecting, I was responsible for financial analysis, portfolio management/risk rating and mentoring the younger VP’s and Associates in the office.

Worked with middle market and small cap size companies with annual revenues between $20 million up to $1 billion. I represented the Bank in developing and maintaining client relationships with the most important key clients and generating revenues. I actively participated in the completion of major transactions with our regional vice president. I originated, structured and executed complex transactions related to traditional commercial lending and credit related products.

Was responsible for soliciting, developing and maintaining profitable account relationships with an extensive number of complex and large sized business accounts with gross sales of generally less than $20 million in annual revenues. My portfolio consisted of the most complex customers within the portfolio. Worked closely with our Business Development Officer to bring in new relationships and prospect new names in the marketplace. Worked into a team lead position before moving into the Commercial Banking group in Tacoma WA.
