Helping people in need and leading individuals to something great has always been a passion of mine. I am a student at The University of Texas at San Antonio, and I will receive my bachelor’s in business management. Obtaining this education will be used as a helpful tool towards my goal. I currently work for Avance, which is a school for head start and early head start students. Avance specializes in low-income families. I really enjoy working for Avance as a Data Analyst. However, I feel as though I can help others in a greater way. This experience with Avance allowed me to decide what my passion is. I now have a passion for a project management for an organization that assist low-income families. Not only my experience with working as a data analyst will help me reach my goals but my rewards as well. As for education I have received associates of arts at Palo Alto College. While attending Palo Alto College I was in Student Honor Roll and was inducted into Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. As a current student at The University of Texas at San Antonio I was inducted into The National Society of Leadership and success.
