Office Manager within the busy Community Dietetics Service in Cardiff and the Vale.I provide the Management and support of all Admin services including SWMS (Special Weight Management Service), Paediatrics and the Adult service.I directly manage a team of 5 which involving supervision, values based appraisals, implementation of KPIs and line management tasks in line with HR policy.I am responsible for the management of this admin service to support the 60+ clinical staff within the departments.
