While working at We Got Sole, I was one of two full-time employees. I was responsible for everything that the manager is responsible for. I took care of the opening and closing duties, keep the store looking its best, handle all aspects of customer service, took in orders and handle all of the money that comes into the store.

As a brand representative, I worked throughout the store, in the various sections organizing and selling the clothes. I was involved in all the aspects of retail. With the MIT program, I became acclimated with the business side of A&F, including but not limited to merchandising, scheduling, personal supervision, and the day-to-day business involved with a retail environment.
