Currently I lead and mentor a team of IT engineers and administrators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. We have successfully implemented Azure cloud solutions to enhance scalability and performance of our technology infrastructure. Over my tenure here I have led datacenter migrations, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal service disruption, collaborated with cross-functional teams to define functional business requirements, designed solutions, and delivered effective results. We implemented agile methodologies within our team and leveraged Jira to streamline project management improving collaboration across teams. I oversaw complex projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget. I develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences. I began as an entry level Systems Admin, moved to Sr Systems Admin and in less than 6 years moved to my current management role as IT Infrastructure Manager, where I am a key part of IT Management and sit on our Change Approval Board.

Managed all aspects of IT. Including but not limited to POS, warehouse management system, desktop environment, VMware servers, exchange 2013, for 23 locations.Key accomplishments were:- Implemented new POS system with full Warehouse/DC Management solution. - Upgraded/Replaced their entire desktop environment at the store and office.- Brought internet and email to their stores and DC- Built a full Active Directory Environment from scratch.- Secured their on prem file data- Converted them from POP mail to on prem Exchange.- Secured and segmented their network to meet PCI standards.

Began as an entry level phone tech and progressed to Systems Manager in 3 years. Managed Technology team of 3 FTE’s & 2 temp workers and oversaw all IT related Projects and Functions. Planned all major deployments of new services and new branch deployments. Designed new processes to create better efficiencies within the organization and IT department. Implemented full ticketing system for the IT department and SLA policies/procedures. Trained all new IT staff on existing management procedures and technical operations of new and old computer systems. Maintained the role of Senior Technician responsible for all Servers, Firewalls, Routers and User Desktop Systems
