As project manager, I oversee all field operations, subcontracts and customer interface, including coordinating and managing project subcontractors. I manage client communication, including daily interaction and problem solving concerning commercial and construction issues throughout a project. Additionally, my role is to lead site management and coordination, including tracking cost coding, scheduling, purchasing, change orders and other document control.
