• Responsible for day to day operations including supervision and management of 10-12 employees and interns• Manage sales staff to ensure objectives and goals are met on a daily basis• Responsible for developing brand new station clientele as continuous advertisers and maintaining current account base while increasing sales goals and achieving quotas.• Construct and deliver creative proposals using qualitative and quantitative data in order to make justifiable recommendations to prospective clients• Consultative sales. Uncover client's marketing challenges and business needs, then deliver a solution through radio and online advertising and promotion.• Generate new station revenue through the sales of air-time and radio promotions• Write and Produce original and creative radio commercials to engage the audience and satisfy client goals • Knowledge of software and equipment used in the broadcast of AM/FM radio • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues that may arise to ensure daily broadcast has limited interruption
