As Engineering Front Desk Chief I was responsible for the coordination between engineering, customer service, supplier quality, quality, and production to mitigate customer dissatisfaction by implementing continuous improvement company-wide. I studied the incoming warranty claims, customer surveys, and dealer reports to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement. During my time as Front Desk Chief, the cross-functional team and I aggressively solved several problems plaguing MC owners in the field. MasterCraft reclaimed the CSI award in 2023 due in part to our efforts to drive quality up in manufacturing and solve problems through customer service actions.

Most of my time at Ridetech was spent producing technical drawings and assembly instructions for aftermarket suspension systems. I produced these drawing using the Solid Edge platform. I did spend some time producing prototypes and display parts on manufacturing equipment such as automated plasma cutters and benders. My favorite part of working at Ridetech was interacting with the customers that were so passionate about the products I worked with every day.

At JET I worked in many departments including the Incoming Quality Inspection, Quality, Supplier Development and the Test Equipment Group. I also installed a new clutch pressure testing system onto all assembly lines with minimal loss of production and ahead of schedule. Working in small teams with other interns to verify the calibration of new equipment was within tolerances was another one of my duties. Every morning I conducted test on the new automatic piezoelectric valve spring tester to ensure it was ready for use each day.

Worked in a small team to deliver an average of 1000 cases of beverages a day to various restaurants and grocery stores. One of my main responsibilities included communicating with customers to ensure customer satisfaction. I was also instrumental in the rotation of product to ensure the beverage was still fresh by the time it reached the end consumer. After the deliveries were complete I would preform other small task around the warehouse like restocking product or the maintenance of vehicles.

Worked during the summer as a custodian and maintenance worker. Commonly lead two other peers to complete task assigned to us by our supervisor in the most effective manner.
