With over 20 years of experience in architecture, construction, and building science, I am passionate about preserving and restoring buildings for public and private owners in the Puget Sound region. As a Senior Building Science Consultant and Existing Building Lead at Morrison Hershfield, I apply my expertise in building envelope design, forensic investigation, and rehabilitation solutions to a variety of projects, including condominiums, apartments, higher education, municipal, and commercial buildings.I also serve as the President of the Seattle Building Enclosure Council, the area's premier educational resource for building enclosure professionals and stakeholders. In this role, I help guide the organization's mission to provide a forum for discussing issues and exchanging information regarding all aspects of building enclosure, and to share our knowledge to improve the built environment and push the development of building science. I enjoy collaborating with other industry experts and staying updated on the latest trends and innovations in building enclosure technology and practice.
