Nathan Sikora Email and Phone Number
I am an archaeologist with nearly 5 years of experience in a variety of archaeological specialties, both in research and cultural resource management. The last few years of my career have been focused on performing and directing archaeological services in a wide variety of environments, field conditions, and research areas. From a management perspective, I have developed a structured person-first leadership method focused on better bridging the gap between project requirements and the needs of field staff. Having applied this framework in research and CRM, I have been able to curb staff attrition while also increasing productivity in the field.I would love to hear about opportunities, in research or commercial archaeology, which pose unique logistical and investigative challenges. Opportunities in international contexts are of particular interest.
