Nathan Skankey is the co-founder, owner and manager of Keyskan Properties. A real estate investment company specializing in the acquisition and management of multifamily apartment complexes. Nathan Skankey was the Fund Director managing the SANTE Realty High Yield Fund III made up of 13 multifamily properties in the South East. Previously, Mr. Skankey held the role of Director of Investor Relations and Structured Finance acting as the liaison for all investors and raising over $100 million in equity and debt capital.Prior to working at SANTE Realty Investments Mr. Skankey started Keyskan Properties, a syndication real estate investment company, which he continues to manage and has now grown to own and manage over 600 multifamily units across the United States. Mr. Skankey has a traditional marketing background working in brand management for a Fortune 500 company, as well as entrepreneurial experiences starting an apparel technologies company right out of undergrad. He currently acts as General Managing Partner for a family investment office and Co-Managing Partner for a second family investment office.He holds an an MBA from the Thunderbird International School of Management where he specialized in International Marketing and holds a bachelor’s degree from California State University Fullerton graduating in International Business with an emphasis in Latin America Markets.Nathan speaks fluent Spanish and is an avid marathoner and Ironman athlete.
