As Dentaurum's Area Sales Manager for the Virginia, Washington DC and Maryland territory, I am responsible for all sales of Dentaurum USA's orthodontic product line in the territory. My duties include but are not limited to cold calling potential customers, growing current accounts, training dentists and staff on proper product uses, performing lunch and learns, creating strategic marketing strategies for targeting customers in different parts of the territory, and following up promptly with all leads and current customers.Dentaurum USA offers a comprehensive line of orthodontic products that range from brackets, bands and tubes to lab supplies, TADs and much more. As a German-based company, our manufacturing is done in Germany, and we pride ourselves on offering only the highest quality products.

During 2014-15, I was the Territory Sales Representative for Sterisil, the industry leader in dental waterline treatment solutions. Covering Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC, I was responsible for managing and growing all business in the territory, including military, university, and private practice clients. My responsibilities included co-traveling with dental dealer sales reps, training dental offices and dealer reps on the Sterisil product line, cold-calling potential clients (military clinics, universities, hospitals), creating sales presentations, and making sure that the dealer reps in my territory were educated on and proactively marketing our product line. This position required a great amount of strategic planning and follow-up to ensure that I was penetrating the market as effectively as possible.

During my time as the Product Manager for Prodigy Diabetes Care, I was responsible for marketing material creation, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and creating packaging for new products. I understand the sales process, and am able to work closely with the sales team to make sure they have the tool they need to sell effectively. I was also in charge of training new hires on the sales team.

I was an inside salesman as well as an account manager for PDC. Prodigy specializes in manufacturing high-tech diabetic testing supplies with an emphasis on the visually impaired population. My call points included DME's, pharmacies, Diabetes Educators and medical wholesalers.

I edited and created press releases, management profiles, and case studies for Conequity on a part time basis.

I created marketing slicks and edited website content.
