Selling B2B, SaaS solution to organizations with 100-999 employees in Canada. Responsible for sales of employer services solutions such as Payroll, HR, Time & Labour Management, Benefits Administration, Talent Management, Expense Management and HR Business Processes Outsourcing (HRBPO). Effectively managing key accounts to retain business partnership through coordinating efforts between Sales, Implementation, Billing & Client Services by preparing detailed executive overviews, investment summaries, proposals and return on investments. Profile clients and meet with VP & C-Level contacts within organizations to discuss critical business issues and how ADP can help to solve them. Working with the business users to uncover opportunities of significant value to the clients and negotiate pricing and contracts with key decision makers to secure the business.Work with internal groups to insure the sales process is a smooth transition for the client and that all information discussed regarding solutions and service delivery times are met. Coordinate meetings with product specialists and business users to discuss detailed product requirements. Using CRM solutions, such as Salesforce (SFDC) to create detailed reporting on all accounts and what is expected to close in a forecasting capacity weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
