• Research manufacturers’ warranty terms. • Receive all warranty claim paperwork and parts submitted by the Field Technicians.• Review received warranty claims and confirm all paperwork is complete and correct.• Prepare, submit, and maintain all warranty documents according to distributor, manufacturer, and Moser requirement.• Manage all warranty claims, resubmit claims if required and ensure appropriate action.• Prepare and ship the damaged/defective parts back to manufacturer• Track management specified information and failure patterns via data collection, such as: unit number, serial numbers, part, amount, etc.• Prepare reports for management, based on the data points they are requesting.• Work with Accounting to process any refund credits issued.• Any other duties or tasks requested or that may arise.
