Administered vSphere cluster including over 200 VMs in test, dev, production, internal and external environments. Used PowerCli script to migrate to new physical ESXi hosts. Developed Red Hat Linux server, "SCOPE" - a secure server used in the GBS (Global Broadcast Service) network to validate and emulate video and file sources as well as measure quality of service. Developed, tested, and deployed twenty patches which included security updates, new features, and bug fixes. Deployed SCOPE server at Defense Enterprise Computing Centers. Coordinated with DECC administrators to provide support for users with varying levels of access. Supported testing of GBS network. Validated network configuration at receive site, coordinated with sources on integration testing, and troubleshot network problems.Conducted comparative analysis of current and legacy Receive Broadcast Managers, Windows-based software used to receive satellite broadcast data. Set up small network to emulate production. Analysis was used to validate progress of new software.

Support software developers and network administrators in integrating with AOL’s authentication services using authentication APIs and/or proprietary applications. Made sample applications, such as open source “mash-ups”. Created a documentation website using the Drupal CMS. Debugged production applications/websites.

Tested software for AOL services QA, including Computer Check Up and AOL Authentication Manager. Tested software on different operating systems and connectivity types. Wrote bug reports and test specifications.
