I was responsible for the running of sprints, including all Scrum ceremonies and all aspects of build submission, releases, store fronts and localisations. I also led experiments to improve the store front and icons, keeping performance of the store at its best.

I had several responsibilities while I was at Westpac.I was a Release Manager, where I worked with project managers to ensure all required changes were completed, tested and signed-off for releases. I prepared all change documents, scheduling and rostering, presented change details to various boards for approval and ensured that there were no scheduling conflicts with all other departments/projects within the bank.I was an Implementation Manager where I coordinate the release night. I liaised with the many teams that were required to complete production changes, managed all issues that arose during the release and solved and isolated issues and facilitated their resolution.I was also a Designer/Developer, where I created the lodgement process for the new middleware infrastructure. I designed the new repository and lodgement scripts, created process documents and troubleshooting guides, as well as train the off-shore team and transferred the ownership of process.
