Keypath Education is a global team of experienced education experts who partner with world-leading universities to develop, design, and deliver career-relevant online education solutions. In this role, I managed a team of seven learning design specialists creating postgraduate, accelerated online courses for two partners, Edith Cowan University and RMIT. Initially hired as a learning designer, I was soon promoted to a lead role 6 months later and further promoted to Learning Design Manager in 2023.Leadership achievements▪ Liaised with internal and partner stakeholders, as well as senior leadership, to develop and implement strategies for adapting curriculum and assessments in response to the increasing use of generative AI.▪ Built strong stakeholder relationships with our university partners at all levels of leadership▪ Led a team of 7 staff all working remotely, maintained team communication and morale during lockdowns and beyond▪ Mentored and developed LD’s within my own team and the wider LD team through various methods, including shadowing and co-designing opportunities, resulting in 4 promotions since 2023.▪ Successfully completed the People Leader Academy management training through Skillscamp (via Keypath)▪ Managed the launches of over 60 units every 8-week teaching period with over 4000 students enrolled since 2020. All units were fully launched on time each teaching period.▪ Interviewed internal and external applicants for various roles within the company▪ Collaborated on training and development opportunities for the wider learning design team such as shadowing and mentoring opportunities▪ Conducted end of year performance reviews, remuneration reviews for my team

Operational achievements▪ 2 x LearnX award winner (2024) - Best eLearning Project and Best Talented Team▪ Championed the Introduction of Career development and work integrated learning practices into existing course structures▪ Collaborated on curriculum redevelopment to adapt to Generative AI and maintain course integrity through programmatic learning and assessment▪ Developed and launched 9 new post graduate programs at ECU in subjects such as Human Resource Management, Psychology, Project Management, Counselling and Communications which equated to nearly half of the online post graduate programs at ECU▪ Presented training and workshops to key partner stakeholders▪ Provided recommendations for updates to courses based on student feedback, business requirements and content currency. Once approved, I managed the allocation and scheduling of all refresh projects.▪ Created a video recording best practice guide for our academic partners to improve the quality of video learning content in course material. This was adapted for all of our partners in our US, UK, APAC offices▪ Redesigned courses to adapt to programmatic assessment models▪ Created a centralised how-to guide for the team, bringing together disparate instructions, key information and resources into one location

Monash University is a highly ranked Australian university and a member of the Group of Eight, a coalition of Australia’s eight leading research universities. In this role, I support the Arts Educational Design team within the Faculty of Arts to create courses in Moodle, H5P, Articulate Storyline and Rise for online delivery. Appointed initially on a three-month contract, I have had my contract extended three times so far.Achievements▪ Creating engaging video, motion graphics and interactive content for online units.▪ Overseeing all multimedia content for the department, which is substantive.▪ Utilizing pedagogical best practice to create learning modules and resources for students.▪ Providing extensive training for stakeholders and documentation to support the use of new learningspaces, technologies and resources, ensuring all facilitators and end users are comfortable using it.▪ Reviewing existing units to ensure compliance to relevant standards, including privacy legislation, W3Cweb standards and accessibility guidelines.

Victoria University of Wellington is a well-known university in New Zealand and has been ranked 215th in the World's Top 500 universities. As Production Manager of the Image Services department, I both managed a team of six staff and worked as a videographer creating both promotional and learning content. DMG media is an international newspaper and website publisher based in the United Kingdom. Its titles include the Daily Mail, Mail Online, Metro Newspaper, and Jobsite. My role was to create bespoke multimedia and video content for training, Marketing, Promotional and editorial purposes throughout the whole organization.Achievements▪ Created corporate communications and editorial video content for internal and external stakeholders such as Metro newspaper, Mail Online, Virgin, DMGT, Evening Standard and The Independent newspaper.▪ Designed the Organisation’s brand video for 3 years which was shown on the DMGT website, and on video screens at their head office.▪ Filmed, live streamed and edited conferences, discussion panels, interviews, corporate events, fashion shows and celebrity events.▪ Managed Freelance staff and talent for marketing campaigns.▪ Created bespoke microsites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP.▪ Adaptively communicated to all areas of the business from the CEO to celebrities, politicians and business leaders.▪ Filmed on Location in Kenya, UK and Europe for editorial features.▪ Successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously, keeping within budget and time constraints.
