CurrentDirectly responsible for a core team of 13 people as well as 75+ market ambassadors who oversee all field marketing, consumer engagement and collegiate activities. I am accountable for the strategic direction and leadership of all marketing activity in the field including product sampling.- Responsible for leading, collaborating and activating 2,540 events, sampling opps, sales and collegiate activations across the region. A 15.5% increase YoY in 2023 vs. 2022.- Responsible for the strategic direction of a fully integrated FMCE+ Collegiate market plan servicing key partners, pass through sponsorships, sampling initiatives and targeted local event activation.- Drove a 17.2% increase in product sampled YoY 2022 vs. 2023. Accomplished this through increased focus on all major brands (Monster, Reign, Nos) across newly engaged activation points such as collegiate, Greek life, first responders, sporting events and major event properties (Stagecoach, X-Games, Miramar).
