More specifically, future technology applications which are focussed on having a positive radical impact on humanity, to take us towards a sustainable future. My focus is talent, I recruit and retain the best engineers from around the world, experts at what they do, but beyond that - engineers who share my passion for technology and sustainability and have the drive to make the impossible possible.I am lucky enough to have help build some of the worlds most advanced, emerging and disruptive technology companies in the eVTOL space. I have worked with leading companies from the day they were start ups of only 20 people, growing to highly functioning organisations of over 400 people.
