I now am a full time freelance designer/creative director. There are three main reasons for this: 1) I love the freedom it gives me to choose my clients and work more closely with them. 2) I get to manage my own time and when I work on things rather than the typical 9-5 plus two hours a day of commuting. 3) Most importantly, I get to spend more time with my family.

Great strategic minds work here. This is where I really started to think more about things other than just design and making things look good. I think that strategy and design should work hand in hand. It's when they're treated separately that things begin to get muddy.
