As a telecommunications professional I've helped to establish new communication pathways throughout the Bay Area. I've leveraged my training and practical knowledge gained through real-world experience to optimize service delivery and protect vital company partnerships. I am passionate about working with customers, internal partners, and other telecom industry stakeholders to drive innovative, cutting edge, and cost efficient network infrastructure. When on the job, I'm the primary liaison between the field, engineering teams, and customers for project delivery. My experience involves significant internal and customer facing communication with the primary objectives of providing excellent customer service and ensuring on-time delivery in accordance with customer and company expectations. I interface daily with both customers and internal stakeholders to accept completed fiber networks into operations and deliver customer network obligations including fiber test results, characteristics, network diagrams and other specifications as required, ensuring compliance with agreed upon standards and customer contracts.I take pride in making myself invaluable to every team I join through my technical knowledge and team leadership, but above all my work ethic, working hard everyday to outdo the man I was the day before.Personal Bio------------------I am the son of Puerto Rican and Costa Rican immigrants and attended a military boarding school from 13-16, where I learned the value of discipline to accomplish tasks with minimal direction and stay consistent even under difficult circumstances. I've since applied those skills to every organization I have been a part of, and have made a conscious effort to add value everywhere I go. I am recognized for my positive attitude and friendly demeanor. I see how important it is to be a positive force on a team, bringing those around me up rather than down. This makes me a powerful asset in networking, business development, customer outreach, consumer engagement and sales, but also a valued team leader, making them measurably more productive effective through a culture of accountability and respect.I've been very fortunate to have had the support of great people at key moments in my life.
