I was responsible for creating and facilitating vision and strategy for NLR Summer Camp programs, specifically Jr. Camp and Sr. Camp. I was the primary supervisor of all elements related to these programs and the teams leading them.

Oversaw the launch of all programs at our new site during it's first year of operation. Those programs included our elementary age summer camp, our high school leadership development programs and weekend family camps.

Oversee reservations, contracts & payments for all retreats at New Life Ranch. Coordinate details with retreat group leaders and host retreats.Lead & Manage hourly retreats staff and Guest Services Apprentice.

Helped host weekly Sunday morning and Wednesday evening youth services. Led a summer day camp at the church with 3 other interns. Co-lead two separate Bible Studies during the fall that met in homes. Helped plan a summer camp and fall retreat. And spoke to the youth on a monthly basis during one of our weekly gatherings.
