This background has helped build the hard work ethic and integrity displayed each day. He is a published author of The Leadership Playbook workbook, currently has a poetry book in publishing now, and is working on the long-awaited Leadership Playbook. Nate learns from everyone and is an avid reader, at times, reading up to 75 books in one year. His passions are his kids/grandkids, and laughing with them whenever time allows, traveling, sports, and competition, and truly enjoys relaxing in the mountains or by the ocean. Nate has earned several degrees: MAFM, MBA, & MHrM from Keller Graduate School of Management, along with his BIS - English Literature & Spanish from Missouri Western State University. From the early days of working farms in Texas, to being a four-sport high school athlete at Berkner High School in Richardson, TX, and two-sport athlete at Missouri Western, to, albeit quick, even a shot in the NFL, along with several seasons in arena and indoor football, and minor league baseball. Nate knows what true hard work is and looks like on many landscapes. He didn't stop on the playing field, as that was just the beginning.
