As the Service Delivery Director at Cask I'm responsible for the successful project execution for Cask's Enterprise Solutions business segment. I get to work with our Project Managers, Advisors, Engineers and Architects to standardize how we deliver successful outcomes for our customers as well as experiment with new ways to deliver solutions to our customers. In short, I get to work with some of the greatest thinkers, tinker with new technology and figure out ways to get our customers faster time to value out of their technology investments.

As the AD of technical delviery I'm responsible for the methodologies and strategies we use at Cask to deliver successful customer outcomes for our Enterprise Solutions team. I work closely with other leaders at Cask to not only shape the quality of our delivery but also the quality of our team culture and employee experience at Cask.

As the Technology Advisory Manager at Cask I get to work with a team of Advisors, Solutions Architects and Engineers to help our customers maximize their investment in enterprise IT Software. Whether it's expanding the theories of ITIL to the rest of the enterprise or helping to implement Project Portfolio, IT Operations Management, Governance and Risk Management or IT Finance solutions I get to work along side of and lead a team of professionals who are passionate about their contribution to the projects we take on. On top of all that, I get to geek out on the latest and greatest software solutions and even hammer out some code every now and then.

At Cask I am enjoying the broad industry experience I'm gaining thanks to their expansive client list and partnerships. I'm getting outside of the IT department and showing the rest of the businesses that I advise the value of Service Management and how to leverage existing investments in software everyone previously thought was just for IT. Considering my personal disdain for email, helping enterprises properly manage the services they provide their employees and customers is a welcome change from just keeping the blinky lights on in the Data Center.

As the Sr. IS Manager I lead the local IT team consisting of ERP/MRP, Infrastructure, Manufacturing Applications, and Client Services groups. I also spearheaded the transition of the ASD Infrastructure and Client Services teams into the newly created Global IS Shared Services department.

As the Client Services Manager I lead the Desktop Support and Service Desk operations for ASD. During this time we spearheaded the transition to using ITIL as the framework for Service Operations in Alere.

In September 2009 I was transferred to the Alere San Diego location to help manage the rollout of the ServiceNow ITSM system to the Biosite division (Later re-branded to Alere San Diego, Inc.). This was to be the first phase of a global consolidation of ITSM solutions.

At ANA I was responsible for the site support of their Princeton location which included Call Center Operations, Finance, Marketing and Field Sales. I was also responsible for coordinating IS efforts for all North American sales conferences for three divisions of field sales groups.

At USA I was responsible for all Information Technology areas as well as act as their CAD manager establishing CAD standards and methodologies. I was also heavily involved in their decision to move from 2D to 3D design using AutoDesk's Revit solution simplifying their design documentation procedures.
