As a part of Danaher's internal executive search team, I was responsible for recruiting executive talent (Director - President) across Danaher's portfolio of operating companies (industrial, life sciences, water quality, diagnostics, medical devices), working on searches across functions including commercial, operations, strategy, human resources, general management. I supported the VP of Talent Acquisition regarding all executive recruiting metrics and technology capabilities.
