•Works with sales and customers across multiple sectors for needs analysis, presentation, demonstration and other pre-sale activities.•Understands and promotes the discipline of labor workloading and productivity optimization. This should incorporate Diversey Care products and programs beyond the software which enables the process. •Implementation, training and on-going support of the regions customer facing E-Solutions products.•Work with multi-sector stakeholders to understand the unique dynamics of each market in order to optimize the tool(s) to meet sector customer needs.

• Identify key healthcare distributors in each market (from local and national distributors)• Determine what support they need from us – resources required, training needs, samples/tools, communication programs, etc.• Create a resource center where they can secure key information• Define the process for introducing new products, promotions, programs - how to best communicate, educate and provide them with the necessary tools to launch effectively• Develop a DSR toolkit (literature, samples, support tools, etc.)• Define a training plan that addresses training needs and the best delivery options (agenda topics, school, webinars, etc.)
