Overview: Gained great exposure and insight into how an international law firm operates - learning from people in various roles. Becoming the 'go to' person on digital and social media queries and training; as well as the firm's full remit of mobile apps, which included maintaining current apps and working on building and launching new ones. Also won Entrepreneur of The Year Award 2018 in Business Services.- Rebranded one of the firm's microsites, a source of industry knowledge. This involved research to find a new suitable platform, a high level of project management in order to deliver the project in a short timeframe and a high level of technical knowledge to ensure content migration was carried out as smoothly as possible.- Led the internal international rollout of a social media program designed to educate at all levels and put in place best practice. This included creating training material (intranet pages, flyers and slides), hosting an international webinar with input from colleagues in other jurisdictions and arming BD colleagues with the materials they need. I also sit down with all new Partners for a one on one discussion around their social media presence.- Led the firm’s app strategy which consistedof working with members of the business to realise app ideas and work through the whole process with them. As well as various internal apps, I have led the build of an external app: TW:Cyber response which was reported on by Legal Business.- Maintaining the current website internally and with our developers and working with all practice areas when creating new content.- Invited to become a member of the Innovation Committee, alongside the International Business Development Director, IT Director and various other senior managers, which meets monthly to discuss new ideas.

Having moved into this role from being an Administrative Assistant I developed my passion for marketing having first been tasked with creating a monthly newsletter to send to a list of 5,000+ clients and contacts. I took this opportunity to learn as much as I could about how an office is run and to start developing my skills in the workplace.Overview: Began my career and learnt the basics of how an office is maintained.
