- Coordinate services including check-in/check-out, prescription refills, and appointment scheduling, enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency, as shown by over 150 positive internal client reviews
- Demonstrate cooperative care during patient services, specializing in Dremel grinders for canine nail trims, transparently modeling low-stress handling with minimal restraint and using positive reinforcement
- Educate clients on routine microchip scans, proactively finding hundreds of unenrolled microchips and confirming up-to-date enrollment with pet registry services via the AAHA Microchip Registry Lookup
- Improve patient outcomes with pet-friendly modifications, including calming caps, classical music, non-slip mats, species-specific pheromones, and waiting room alternatives (i.e., accompanied from car to exam room)
