My routine as a product manager can be described by defining priorities, organizing roadmap, client's interview, discovery leading, data analysis and conducing a team composed by engineering and product design.

As a Product Owner at the payment and charges department, I am responsible for identifying improvements, drive the new feature development and solve problems in a multi-disciplinary team. I am also in charge of the technical communication with the acquirer, payment gateways and the engineering teams.

Working as a Product Designer I was obsessed to improve the user experience. I sought opportunities through research, data-driven experiments, interface usability improvements and new products launch.

My work at the communication’s group Infoglobo was the information design production. I was member of the team that creates every day the visual content of the publication, including business statistics, political analysis and all kinds of graphics demanded. I also worked in the website's production creating storytelling and visual narratives in the digital universe.
