Building on my previous internship experience, I have been hired as a Student Worker at ICLEI Europe, where I am continuing to support the Climate Neutral Cities Mission Task Group.

As part of the requirements to complete my Master’s degree in Environmental Governance, I am currently working as a Student Intern in the Climate Neutral Cities Mission Task Group.

Served as the Junior Advisor on South-South and Triangular Cooperation - Indonesian AID for the GIZ-supported Project of Strengthening Capacities for Policy Planning for the Implementation of the 2030 Agenda in Indonesia and the Global South (SDGs SSTC). The Junior Advisor on South-South and Triangular Cooperation provides advisory services and support in enhancing Indonesia's outgoing cooperation.Main responsibilities:- Provide advisory services and support in enhancing Indonesia's outgoing cooperation.- Advise partner institutions, including the Indonesian National Coordination Team of South-South Cooperation (Bappenas, Ministry of State Secretariat, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Ministry of Finance) and other technical line ministries.- Network and cooperate with state and non-state actors relevant to the project implementation.- Manage knowledge management of the project measures.- Responsible for project administration and financial management to ensure smooth implementation of project measures.- Advocate multistakeholder partnership and gender representation.

Previously employed as the Assistant Project Officer for the Project for Strengthening Capacity Building in Agriculture Sector in ASEAN Countries Phase-3 (CB Project 3) funded by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) of Japan under the direct coordination of the Food, Agriculture, and Forestry Division of the ASEAN Secretariat.The Assistant Project Officer provides great support in enhancing the capacity building of agriculture-related practitioners and officials in the ASEAN Member States. Nathaya's dimension of roles including but not limited to:- Provide overarching project management support to ensure all agreed measures of the project are in good conduct and timely manner.- Regularly conduct monitoring and evaluation of the project activities- Established knowledge management of the project implementation for internal purposes- Provide overarching project administration support- Conduct financial monitoring and reporting progress for internal ASEAN Secretariat and MAFF Japan- Serves as liaison to ASEAN Secretariat, agriculture-related practitioners in ASEAN Member states, MAFF Japan, relevant government entities, and other non-state actors

Previously employed as the Individual Consultant at the Bureau of Budget Planning and International Cooperation of the Ministry of Public Works and Housing of Indonesia. The Individual Consultant provides great support to the Division of International Cooperation in executing international technical cooperation.Main duties and responsibilities :- Conduct coordination, monitoring, reporting, and administration process on the implementation of international technical cooperation, including the South-South and Triangular Cooperation and cooperation with state and non-state actors.- Conduct monitoring, reporting, and coordination on the outgoing cooperation and international development cooperation within the scope and mandate of the Ministry- Process and report the initiation of new outgoing cooperation and international development cooperation within the scope and mandate of the Ministry

The Hunger Bank is a non-governmental organization initiated by alumni of UNPAR that aims to reduce food waste. Prepared contents for The Hunger Bank’s Instagram; Conducted raising-awareness program among UNPAR’s students related with The Hunger Bank’s activities and food waste issues; Disseminated food donations from donators to targeted-people.

Directorate of Trade, Investment, and International Economic Cooperation, BAPPENASProvided research support for country profile and policy brief, country profile consists of basic information of Indonesia's state partner related to trade, investment, and economic cooperation, policy brief is a description of Indonesia's relation with a state-partner by providing past and current relations history and future cooperation possibilities; Attended several internal and external meetings and responsible for making Minutes of Meeting document.
