As a Manual Quality Assurance Lead and Computer Systems Manager at the NYC Department of Sanitation (DSNY), I oversee the testing and verification of various software applications and systems that support the agency's operations and services. I have more than 20 years of experience in the technology and education fields, with certifications and skills in Microsoft, data analysis, and networking.My mission is to ensure the quality, reliability, and functionality of the software products and systems that DSNY uses to manage its waste collection, street cleaning, snow removal, and recycling programs. I work with a team of developers, analysts, and stakeholders to design, execute, and document test cases, scenarios, and scripts, as well as to identify and resolve defects, bugs, and errors. I also manage the computer systems and network infrastructure of the agency, ensuring their security, performance, and availability. Additionally, I teach various Business Continuity, Information Systems and web design courses as an adjunct professor at Pace University. There I share my knowledge and passion for technology with undergraduate and graduate students.
