As a smaller dive center, Bertuol required an "all around" and versatile employee.I worked on several ends of the operation, from scuba diving instruction (first timers until professional level), safety and environment oriented guided boat and shore dives, and operational support.Since the brazilian law requires at least 2 licensed crew members on diving boats, I was often required to be an active crew member on the diving trips to the surrounding islands.As well I worked at the retail shop: from inventory and visual merchandising, to direct sales and customer service.During my time at the company, in this position or the previous one, I was responsible for 35% of the returning guests and continued education, due to active marketing on target universities and exceptional customer service.
