She graduated Cum Laude in Communication from the University of Lima, where she proudly held the top spot throughout her studies. Currently, she serves asTeacher at the Faculty and a Game Designer at Mr. iO Games, as well as Communications Lead at the Association of Peruvian Videogame Companies (CVA)🎮Nathaly is the creator of Peru Party, the first Peruvian VR dance video game, which started as her thesis project and has evolved into her first IP💃 This project opened doors for her, leading to her participation in the 2024 Incubation Program at the Innova Ulima Entrepreneurship Center. She’s passionate about combining culture and immersive technology, and her work has been widely recognized, including awards from the 2023/2024 Game Jam Plus, such as "Best LATAM Game," "Fun for Thought," and "Best Educational Game." Additionally, she won second place and Best Innovation at SheJams 2024. Nathaly has participated in over 10 game jams, including the Women Game Jam, Global Game Jam, and Quantum Game Jam🕹️Aspiring to become a producer and found her own game studio, Nathaly believes that understanding all roles involved in game development is crucial.
