Currently, she serves asTeacher at the Faculty and a Game Designer at Mr. iO Games, as well as Communications Lead at the Association of Peruvian Videogame Companies (CVA)🎮Nathaly is the creator of Peru Party, the first Peruvian VR dance video game, which started as her thesis project and has evolved into her first IP💃 This project opened doors for her, leading to her participation in the 2024 Incubation Program at the Innova Ulima Entrepreneurship Center. It also earned her a scholarship to attend the Game Developers Conference 2024 in San Francisco, where she represented Latin America as part of the "Get In the Game" program by Women In Games International (WIGI)💜Nathaly is also an ambassador for Women In Games and a recipient of the Grant 3.0 Initiative from Latinxs In Gaming, which helped her further develop Peru Party. She’s passionate about combining culture and immersive technology, and her work has been widely recognized, including awards from the 2023/2024 Game Jam Plus, such as "Best LATAM Game," "Fun for Thought," and "Best Educational Game." Additionally, she won second place and Best Innovation at SheJams 2024.
